To recreate Jimi Hendrix’s skull, we ran forensic facial reconstruction in reverse, methodically removing skin, soft tissue and muscle to reveal the underlying bone structure.
Jimi’s skull would present a rounded cranial vault with good overall cranial height, broad and well-defined zygomatic arches (cheekbones) and a wide nasal aperture with a gently projecting nasal bridge. The maxilla would be strong and forward-balanced, and the mandible smoothly contoured rather than sharply angular, giving the skull a harmonious, resilient structure consistent with a face built on balanced proportions rather than extreme prominence.
JIMI HENDRIX FUN FACTS:
- In December 2011, Guitar World selected Jimi’s playing of the “Star Spangled Banner” at Woodstock as number one on their list of 100 Greatest Performances.
- He was on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine 16 times and Guitar World 14 times.
- Hendrix owned six Corvette Stingrays that he loved to drive even though he didn’t have a drivers license.

The charismatic frontman of a groundbreaking 1960s rock band became an enduring symbol of rebellion, poetic mysticism, and excess. Known for his deep baritone voice, provocative stage presence, and lyrics steeped in myth, death, and altered consciousness, he helped push rock music toward darker, more literary territory. His meteoric rise, turbulent personal life, and untimely death cemented his status as a countercultural icon whose influence continues to echo through music, poetry, and popular culture.
To recreate Iconic Rock Star’s skull, we ran forensic facial reconstruction in reverse, methodically removing skin, soft tissue and muscle to reveal the underlying bone structure.
His skull would be marked by a broad, high cranial vault, a strong, squared mandible, and a notably pronounced chin. The zygomatic arches would be moderately wide, supporting a solid midface, while the brow ridge would be clearly defined, giving the skull a powerful, masculine structure with emphasis on the jaw and lower face rather than delicacy.

A raw and electrifying voice rose from the late-1960s counterculture, delivering blues-soaked performances that felt painfully honest and fiercely alive. Her singing blended vulnerability with ferocity, turning heartbreak and defiance into cathartic, unforgettable moments on stage. Though her career was brief, the emotional intensity she brought to rock and blues left a lasting mark, defining an era and inspiring generations of artists to embrace authenticity over polish.
To recreate Famous Female Rock Star’s skull, we ran forensic facial reconstruction in reverse, methodically removing skin, soft tissue and muscle to reveal the underlying bone structure.
Her skull would have a rounded cranial vault with a moderately prominent forehead, high cheekbones, and a slightly narrow midface. The mandible would be softly contoured, not sharply angular, and the nasal aperture moderately wide, giving the skull a delicate yet resilient structure that balances strength with feminine proportions.

An exact re-creation of your own skull handcrafted into a very personalized skull ring.
We start with a few mug shot style images of your head and a brief history as to your heritage. Then we utilize forensic sculpting (facial reconstruction) techniques in order to get under your skin and re-create your skull. Once we have a digital model of your skull our 3-D CAD designer sets to work creating a custom 3-D CAD STL file of your skull as a ring. This CAD file is uploaded to EnvisionTEC (the world’s leader in 3-D printing) who then “prints” an RC-90 master print. From here we make a mold, then test castings and once approved a final cast and hand finishing including the addition of a 10kt gold hand engraved nameplate with up to 6 characters of your choice.
HOW TO ORDER:
Our email address is: rings@deadringers.com

To recreate Keith Richards’ skull, we ran forensic facial reconstruction in reverse, methodically removing skin, soft tissue and muscle to reveal the underlying bone structure.
Keith’s skull is characterized by a long, narrow cranial vault, a pronounced zygomatic (cheekbone) structure, and a relatively high, defined nasal bridge. The mandible would show a lean but angular jawline with moderate prognathism, while the brow ridge would be subtly pronounced rather than heavy, giving the skull an overall refined, sinewy profile rather than a bulky or robust one.
KEITH QUOTES:
- I've never had a problem with drugs. I've had problems with the police.
- The only things Mick and I disagree about is the band, the music and what we do.
- I'm glad to be here. I'm glad to be anywhere.
